At Hybrid Battery Service, we guarantee all our hybrid batteries for reliable and safe operation throughout the stated warranty period.
We are confident in the quality of our batteries: each battery comes with a minimum guaranteed lifespan that is always shorter than the actual potential lifespan of a battery.

1. Warranty Periods by Battery Capacity

Our warranty depends on the Battery Cell Capacity (Ah) to reflect the true durability of each battery type:

2. Transfer of Warranty

  • Warranty can be transferred to a new owner within 30 days of vehicle sale.
  • One transfer per battery is allowed, with a copy of the sales receipt and the new owner’s name submitted to Hybrid Battery Service.

3. What the Warranty Covers

  • Full replacement of the battery if it fails due to material defects, workmanship, or internal component failure.
  • Support and guidance from our certified technicians.
  • Support and consultation by our technicians or certified partners – free of charge.

4. Exclusions

  • Improper installation.
  • Damage during shipping not documented at delivery.
  • Commercial vehicle use (taxi, delivery, rideshare) unless declared at purchase.
  • Damage from vehicle misuse or lack of maintenance.
  • Vehicle modifications not compliant with manufacturer specifications.
  • Removal, tampering, or damage to warranty labels.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Notify us within 5 days of discovering a defect.
  2. Provide diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) from the OBD port, the vehicle VIN, and the date of scan.
  3. We check your battery for defects and complete the replacement within 10 days.
  4. All warranty claims include the cost of materials and the technician’s labor.
