Shipping Methods

We ship hybrid batteries using UPS Ground or other appropriate shipping and freight services depending on the size, weight, and destination of the battery. Specialized returnable packaging may be used when required for safe transportation and for returning your original hybrid battery.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the battery type, size, weight, delivery destination, and current shipping offers. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout whenever available.

From time to time, Hybrid Battery Service may offer free shipping on eligible orders or destinations. When free shipping applies, it will be reflected on the product page, in the cart, or at checkout at the time of purchase.

The shipping rate shown at checkout at the time the order is placed is the rate that applies to that order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–7 business days from the date the order is placed, depending on the battery type, delivery destination, and carrier service.

Standard and free-shipping orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days. Heavy hybrid batteries may require approximately 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once the order has shipped, tracking information will provide the most current estimated delivery date.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Tracking details may also be available in your account order details when applicable.

Heavy Hybrid Batteries

Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Dodge, and Chrysler hybrid batteries are larger and heavier and may require specialized freight transportation. Shipping methods and any applicable shipping charges for these batteries may differ from standard-size hybrid batteries and will be based on the shipping terms available at the time the order is placed.
