Shipping Methods

We ship hybrid batteries through UPS Ground or other suitable shipping and freight services. We choose the service based on the battery size, weight, and destination. When necessary, we also use specialized returnable packaging for safe transportation. In addition, this packaging helps you return your original hybrid battery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the battery type, size, weight, delivery destination, and current shipping offers. Whenever possible, we show the applicable shipping charge during checkout.

From time to time, Hybrid Battery Service may offer free shipping on eligible orders or destinations. When free shipping applies, you will see the offer on the product page, in the cart, or at checkout.

Therefore, the shipping rate you see at checkout when you place your order applies to that order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after you place the order. However, delivery time depends on the battery type, destination, and carrier service.

Standard and free-shipping orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days. In comparison, heavy hybrid batteries may take approximately 3–7 business days.

However, carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our control may affect these estimates.

Once we ship your order, the tracking information will show the most current estimated delivery date.

Tracking Information

After we ship your order, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided. In addition, you may find tracking details in your account order information when available.

Heavy Hybrid Batteries

Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Dodge, and Chrysler hybrid batteries are larger and heavier than standard batteries. Therefore, we may use specialized freight transportation for these products.

As a result, shipping methods and charges may differ from those for standard-size hybrid batteries. We will apply the shipping terms available when you place your order.
