The damage was superficial and I was able to do the replacement with seller’s support. Analysis after replacement to asses battery performance also was supported and battery operated like new. Dr.Prius App highly recommended, even if you are doing just one install.

No complaints! Everything is clear, guys, if you need a battery, go ahead and order it. I replaced mine, and my car is running very well now, with better fuel economy. Fast delivery, convenient packaging. The return label was inside. Overall, excellent, professional service.
This was a great price as well as a great service. The batteries arrived quickly with clear instructions on what to do with our old batteries. Came with new hardware. Since replacing all the hybrid batteries in our 2008 Prius, it has been working great.
