The sales associate I talked to on the telephone was very polite and helpful, a easy person to talk with. The battery case was somewhat bent. I believe that was due to one shipping strap that somehow broke during shipping I am assuming, this made installation a little more complicated. Not seriously but it did slow me down. What was the quality like ? Idk, to early to tell, I have only driven the car 10 miles. The battery does seem very strong.
