Despite UPS jacking the shipment, (weighs 104lbs) seller was very supportive in helping me assess if the battery was still acceptable to be installed. The damage was superficial and I was able to do the replacement with seller’s support. Analysis after replacement to asses battery performance also was supported and battery operated like new. Dr.Prius App highly recommended, even if you are doing just one install.
