At Hybrid Battery Service, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. We want to ensure that you receive your battery replacements quickly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Shipping Methods
We offer UPS land transport shipping in specialized returnable packaging, which is used to return your old battery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. For Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Dodge, and Chrysler batteries, we will provide the shipping cost after the purchase as we deliver the batteries ourselves. The shipping cost will be determined based on the shipping distance.
Order Processing Time
The processing time is 4-5 working days.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email if requested.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the weight and size of some batteries, we personally deliver the batteries to your location if it’s within a 300 mile radius from our location. At this moment, we do not deliver batteries outside the 300-mile radius (from Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Dodge, Chrysler cars).
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for damaged or non-working batteries within 30 days after the purchase.
The sticker on the returned battery must be intact.
If the purchased battery does not work, the buyer has to provide the error code before returning the battery.
The battery replacement is free during the duration of the warranty if the replacement occurs at our location. If the replacement is at the buyer’s location, an additional cost will incur to the buyer.
